How can I request a quote or start a project?

Write to us at info@probiomics.it or fill in the form in the Contacts section of the site or on the individual service page.
Our multidisciplinary team will evaluate the request and propose the most suitable solution.

Results are accessible in the reserved area of the Probiomics website.
The sharing of large raw datasets is managed individually for each study.

We provide:

  • reports in PDF format;
  • high-definition figures (PDF, TIFF, PNG, etc.);
  • tables in Excel or CSV format;
  • Olink data (protein levels) in Excel or CSV datasets;
  • raw sequencing data in FASTQ and BAM files;
  • tabular datasets (e.g. count matrices).

Delivery typically takes place within 2–6 weeks, with priority lanes available for urgent projects.
For large-scale studies, a customised agreement is arranged.

We provide personalised scientific consultancy, support in experimental and bioinformatic design, and assistance in interpreting results.

Samples and Shipping

Where should samples be sent for analysis?

Samples should be sent to our laboratories at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
Detailed instructions will be provided by our team based on the sample type and project.

Shipping instructions will be provided upon project confirmation, based on the sample type.

Yes. All data is managed in full compliance with GDPR regulations and is not shared with third parties without written consent.
We only accept anonymised or pseudonymised samples.

Data is retained for 90 days from the delivery of results.
Upon request, an extended backup service is available for longer periods.

Account & Billing

How do I create a Probiomics account to access my results?

It’s very simple — just register at www.probiomics.it/en/reserved-area and complete the form with the required details.
You will receive an activation email.

Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the automated instructions.

The invoice is issued:

  • upon project confirmation, or
  • upon completion of the service (according to the contractual terms).

It is sent by email to the address provided in the order form and can also be found in your reserved area.

We accept payment by bank transfer.
All details will be included in the invoice.
